Groveland Park Chess Club 2024-25 is starting Oct 15th!!

The Groveland Park Chess Club Quarter 1 is starting again on Tuesday, October 15th!!! The chess club will again be taught by National Master William Harrison of West Chess. We will meet in the cafeteria from 4-530 on Tuesdays starting OCTOBER 15th. West Chess is dedicated to the instruction and appreciation of the game of chess. Chess club is fun time for new and experienced players grades k-5. We will learn strategies for openings, midgames and endgames. New students are welcome. All students will earn points for participation and achievement in chess club and win PRIZES!! Come join us and make new friends and enjoy old ones!!

The cost of chess club is $135 per student per Quarter. See below for discounts for signing up for multiple sessions. You may pay on the first day at the site or using the square link at www.mnwestchess.com on this website. All equipment and an after school snack are provided. Please make your payment to West Chess.
